Serha Restaurant

A place where
tradition meets flavor

Who We Are

Rooted in the Highlands of Eritrea & Ethiopia

Serha — a name of heritage and pride — was founded with a single vision: to share the rich, bold, and deeply comforting cuisines of Eritrea and Ethiopia with our community. Our founders grew up sharing food as an act of love, and that spirit lives in every dish we serve.

From the smoky warmth of our clay-pot Shkla to the silky texture of Ktfo, every recipe has been passed down through generations and refined in our kitchen with the finest local and imported ingredients.

What Guides Us

Our Values

01

Authenticity

We source spices, injera flour, and traditional ingredients directly from Eritrea and Ethiopia, ensuring every plate carries genuine, unmistakable flavors.

02

Community

Serha was born from a desire to bring people together — around a shared plate of injera, just as families have done for centuries.

03

Craftsmanship

Each dish is prepared by hand following time-honored recipes, with patience and care that cannot be rushed or replicated by shortcuts.

The Experience

Dining as a Shared Act of Culture

In Eritrean and Ethiopian tradition, meals are shared from a single large plate. At Serha, we honour this ritual — bringing people closer, one dish at a time. Our space is designed to feel warm, intimate, and alive with the aromas of spices and the sound of conversation.
